Online setting

Online setting: website files transfer to a server.

Before online setting, your website could be visited only on the computer containing its files. After online setting, the whole world has access to your site on the Internet.
Online setting can be done with software as Filezilla or Totalcommander dedicated to that usage, or with software used also to build the site itself, as Dreamweaver. Password and login are needed to get access to the server and to put all the website files through.
This operation can be executed on a ftp (file transfer protocol) server accessible with login and password. Ftp server can also be used by our client to send us useful files to build their website or to actualize it.
